Born from a 40+ year friendship, we merged forces after many years of friendship and working in our respective family businesses – engineering, real estate and property management. You can learn a lot of skills in life, but passion is there from day one and we have a passion for property!

Our fathers built their businesses on a handshake; we retain their old-school values but have merged them with modern day business practises including full insurances, proper contracts, defined payment schedules, and in-the-community staff to maintain, protect, greet, clean and oversee the properties we are proud to represent. We do not intend to be the only Holiday Rental business in Costa Calida, however we will be the best!

Please get in touch at any time to discuss how we can tailor our services to your property needs, or arrange the holiday of your dreams – everything is possible in sunny Spain!
