You’re just a short drive from the motorway, giving you easy access to the surrounding area and making it simple to explore even more of beautiful southern Spain.

Mazarrón Country Club and Mazarrón town are both within easy driving distance, where you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and local amenities.

And for a wonderful day by the sea, the beautiful Puerto de Mazarrón is around 15 minutes away, with its fantastic Blue Flag beaches, restaurants, shopping, bars, walking paths and cultural attractions. 🏖️🍹🌊

Dogs are welcome at Villa Sunny Casa Buena.

For bookings with dogs:

– A €35 surcharge is added to the cleaning fee
– The damage deposit is increased to €300

🧽 Additional Charges

A €90 cleaning fee is payable in cash upon arrival at the property.

For arrivals after 10:00 PM, an after-hours check-in surcharge of €35 applies.

🐶 Guests bringing a dog: An additional €35 is added to the cleaning fee, and the damage deposit is increased to €300.

Hot tub fees:

+50/week for use, +50 to the clean fee for cleaning upon exit, +100 to clean if guests use the hot tub with suncream on and it needs a full drain/sanitation.
