As evening arrives, the garden’s solar lighting gives the outdoor area a gorgeous glow, perfect for BBQ nights and dinner under the Spanish sky. ✨

And because the villa has covered terraces at both the front and back, you can chase the sunshine when you want it… or retreat into the shade when the Murcia sun gets a little too enthusiastic! 🌞

Inside, Sunny Dream is comfortable, welcoming and fully equipped for a relaxed family holiday.

The villa has three double bedrooms, making it a fantastic choice for families, couples travelling together or guests who simply appreciate a little extra room.

There are two full bathrooms, including a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, making the villa particularly convenient for families and groups sharing the property.

Air conditioning and heating throughout keep things comfortable whatever the season, while WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix, movies and international television have your quieter evenings covered. 📺🍿

🍳 Everything You Need

The kitchen is equipped for everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to a full family dinner.

You’ll find a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, multi-use countertop cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, along with the everyday essentials you’ll need during your stay.

Bed linen and towels are provided, so that’s a little less suitcase Tetris to worry about. 🧳✨

🍻 Leave the Car at Home

One of Sunny Dream’s secret weapons is its location.

You’re only around a two-minute walk from the Camposol Sector A Commercial Centre, where you’ll find bars, restaurants, shops, groceries, salons and a bodega.

Fancy exploring a little further? Sector B’s commercial area is also within walking distance and offers even more places to eat, drink and enjoy an evening out.

And when you’re ready for a beach day, the beautiful Puerto de Mazarrón is around 15 minutes away, with Blue Flag beaches, waterfront restaurants, shops, walking routes and plenty of places to stop for something cold while admiring the Mediterranean. 🌊🏖️🍹

Mazarrón town and Mazarrón Country Club are also easily reached by car, and convenient motorway access makes Sunny Dream a brilliant base for exploring more of the Murcia region.
